This is how your Transformational Journey will work:

  • Complimentary initial consultation call with you
  • Follow up Intake call (approximately 20 minutes)
  • Hypnotherapy Session including personalised Transformation Audio (approximately 1 hour 40)
  • First follow up by email or text after 2 days
  • Second follow up by email or text after 7 days
  • Final follow up by email or text after 21 days
  • I am available to contact by email or text during office hours throughout the 21 days

Mindset Coaching (Stand Alone)


This is how your Mindset coaching Journey will work:

  • Complimentary initial consultation call with you
  • Intake call (approximately 20 minutes)
  • Initial 1 hour session to establish goals and boundaries
  • Weekly, Fortnightly or Monthly hour long coaching sessions
  • Email/Text support throughout your coaching journey


Combined Transformation and Mindset coaching packages


This is how your combined journey:

  • Complimentary initial consultation call with you
  • Intake call
  • 1 to 3 sessions of Transformational Hypnosis at a stage in your journey agreed by you
  • Initial 1 hour coaching session to establish goals and boundaries
  • Weekly, Fortnightly or Monthly hour long coaching sessions
